1. Do you ship internationally?

2. What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer standard shipping. Be on the lookout as we will be adding other shipping options soon.
3. What is the processing time?
The order processing time is 1-3 business days.
4. What should I do if something is wrong or missing in my order?
If something is wrong or missing from your order please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@bornbonita.com so we can fix the issue.
5. Do you offer refunds?
We DO NOT offer refunds but we do offer store credit that doesn't expire. Please read return/refund policy.
6. How do I make a return?

7. How can I exchange an item?
If you need to make an exchange for the same item in a different size or for a different item, it is best to order it online as we can't guarantee that the item will still be available.
